The Writing Practice

A private reflective writing series

Some things are easier to carry once they're in words. This is a space to find them.

You don’t need to be a writer.

You don’t need to know what you’re feeling.

You just need a place to write.

What happens

Over 4–6 weeks, we meet three times.

In each session, you are guided to reflect on your writing. Between sessions, you continue writing on your own. In the final session, we step back and look at what has been emerging across everything you've written.

You leave with a practice you can return to on your own.

What's included

3 private sessions (30–45 minutes each)

4–6 weeks of guided writing between sessions

A simple digital writing companion with prompts and gentle structure


Sessions are conducted online
